Eligibility

  • Defective, damaged-in-delivery, or wrong items
  • A valid unboxing video is mandatory showing:

• Package condition before opening

• Full unboxing process

• Product details highlighting any damage/defect

Claims without video cannot be processed

Time Frame

  • Initiate requests within 7 days of delivery
  • Late requests may be declined

  • • Approved resolutions:
  • - Full refund to original payment method

    - Replacement or return

  • • Processing takes 5–7 working days after approval

Return

  • • We'll share return instructions once approved
  • • Return in original packaging with all accessories & manuals

Replacement

  • • No-cost replacement for defective, broken, or wrong items
  • • Video evidence is required
  • • If out of stock, you'll be offered refund or restock timeline

Customer Responsibility

  • • Inspect and record unboxing carefully
  • • Handle packaging gently to support your claim
